Open Question: Help!!! My boyfriend and my penis i think got burned?

We wanted to dye all our pubic hair lime green we used color fiend from hot topic we got a little crazy and started rubbing it all over eachother for a while penis' only burns now and splotchy purple and red we try to take a shower and soak in a bathrub but it not working how do i fix it we mixed the bleach and the dye together help this is last resort we try to wash it off with dawn dish soap and everything but only made it worse help it didnt even work on the hair i have to go on vacation to ski resort in utah 12 hour plane ride tonight and my boyfriend has to go home soon help can not wear pants and burns too bad to pee can not go to doctor i post this in other section but only people tell me to got to doctor and not an option will neosporin fix it? read the questioon can not go to doctor or er i have to pack my thins and go to airport soon tonight so can not get caught up in doctors my mom will be mad yes alovera might be good i will have us both shave it off...
